Veterans Day events around Lincoln County.
Today is Veterans Day and We want to take a moment to thank all those who have served and their families. Several Veterans Day programs are scheduled all across Lincoln County. At 8:30 this morning a student led ceremony will be held at Fayetteville High School. At 9o’clock this morning Lincoln County High School will hold their Veterans Day event. Riverside Christian Academy will have their Veterans Day ceremony at 10 a.m. An appreciation luncheon for Veterans and First responders will be held at the Elk’s Lodge # 1792. Then at 5:30 this evening a flag retirement ceremony will be held at Kiwanis Park in Fayetteville.
