Meet and Greet at Shoney's on the Huntsville Highway
Lincoln County Sheriff Tull Malone will be hosting a meet and greet this morning (Friday, Oct. 24, 2025) at Shoney’s on the Huntsville Highway. Sheriff Malone and his administrative staff will be on hand to allow you the opportunity to meet the sheriff and his staff, discuss concerns, ask questions or just chat about what’s happening in our community, all in an informal, relaxed setting. The meet and greet will be going on from 7 till 9 this morning at Shoney’s. Sheriff Malone is also remind9ing motorists that four more 120-foot-long beams will be delivered to the Elk River Bridge construction sites today sometime between 11 this morning and 1 this afternoon. The beams will come from Interstate 65 down Highway 64 west, then onto Wilson Parkway to Huntsville Highway and then down Molino Road. Molino road will be closed for about an hour while the beams make their way to the construction site. Be prepared for delays or look for an alternate route.
