The last of three public meetings on the Lincoln County Growth Plan will be held tomorrow night.
The last of the required public hearings dealing with the Urban Growth Boundaries and the Lincoln County Growth Plans will be held Thursday evening in the main courtroom of the courthouse. Croy Engineering will present an updated planning map based on input they have been given from the previous meetings this month. After this weeks meeting a final draft will be made and submitted to the Growth Plan Coordinating Committee. The governing bodies of Fayetteville, Ardmore and Petersburg still have to decide their Urban Growth Boundaries before the final draft can be made. Bruce Steelman, Lincoln County’s Agricultural Extension Agents is urging agricultural and farming interest in the county to attend this meeting if you have not already attended a previous meeting.
