Fayetteville Main Streets First Saturday Outdoor Market events have proven to be a major economic driver for our community. Based on attendance and spending data released late yesterday, the 2025 market series generated a conservative estimate of 55.5 million dollars in total economic impact for the local economy. Data indicates that the First Saturday events also generated an estimated 280-thousand dollars in state and local sales tax revenues during the 2025 season. Byrd went on to say that Fayetteville Main Street plans to continue growing the event with new themes, expanded vendor offerings and enhanced family-friendly activities in 2026.
