A 10-inch water main break in Winchester caused utility crews to work late into the night making repairs.
Utility crews in Winchester worked late into the night last night to repair a major water main break. A ten-inch water line along Industrial Drive, behind Franklin County High School ruptured about 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon. A Facebook post on the City of Winchesters website indicated they did not know how long it would take to complete the repairs.
