The Lincoln county Sheriff’s Office is inviting the community to attend a scam prevention class Monday, June 1st beginning at 5 p.m. at the Emergency management agency at 1625 Wilson Parkway in Fayetteville. This free community event will feature multiple guest speakers, local financial institutions and community partners who will be discussing scam trends, fraud prevention, identity theft protection and ways to keep you and your family safe.
