Triple-A expects a record 1.9 million Tennesseans to travel over Thanksgiving

Triple-A expects a record 1.9 million Tennesseans to travel over Thanksgiving, with most hitting the road between November 25^th and December 1^st. That’s a 1.9 percent increase from last year. Roughly 1.8 million Tennesseans will drive, while just 51-thousand will fly- likely due to concerns over flight delays and cancellations. Triple A says folks are prioritizing family time and showing flexibility even as airports brace for holiday crowds.
