Franklin County man in jail on multiple charges.
A 59-year-old man is being held in the Franklin County jail without bond on charges of burglary, criminal trespassing and shoplifting, theft of property. Troy Stephens was booked into the jail about 3:20 Thursday afternoon.
There was some heated discussion last night during the Lincoln County Commission meeting.
