An administrative judge for the Tennessee State Board of Equalization has ruled in favor of property owners who appealed the Lincoln county Assessor’s Office land value on an unimproved property on Greene Street in Fayetteville for the 2024 tax year. Judge Phillip R. Hilliard’s ruling determined property owners met their burden of proof for lowering the valuation of the lot.
